Third-Party Charges

These charges reflect the cost of third-party services consumed by your facility and appear as individual line items on your Weva invoice and invoiced based on usage. Your facility may not utilise all of these services. Prices shown in AUD.

Weva Platform fee

A Platform Fee of 0.5% is charged to the patient and is collected by your facility at the time of payment. This fee is calculated on the revenue processed via Weva, net of any transaction fees. The amount that your facility has collected is reconciled monthly and appears as a line item on your Weva invoice.

Tyro Transaction Fees

Tyro fees are charged at 1.7% + $0.30 per transaction. These are paid by the user at the time of payment and any Tyro fees will appear in your Tyro account once set up.
