Appointments & Payments

You can book an appointment directly through your practitioner’s profile or your facility’s Weva page. Once confirmed, your appointment will appear in your Weva dashboard and you’ll receive a reminder before the scheduled time.

To reschedule or cancel, go to your Appointments section in Weva. Select the appointment and choose “Reschedule” or “Cancel.” Your practitioner will be notified immediately of any changes.

Yes. If your practitioner or facility supports online payments, you can securely pay for your consultation through Weva using your preferred payment method. All transactions are encrypted to ensure your data’s safety.

You can find all previous payments and invoices under your Payments History tab. Each transaction includes details such as date, amount, and practitioner name.

Weva itself does not charge extra fees for appointment bookings. However, consultation or service fees depend on your practitioner or facility’s pricing.

Refund policies depend on your practitioner or facility. Please check their cancellation and refund terms within the Weva appointment details or contact them directly.
